Bad Customer Service of Utility Warehouse
by admin on , under Customer Service, Uncategorized
A guy named John made his decision to avail of the gas and electricity services offered by Utility Warehouse. A year has passed and his bills are cheaper than the bills he previously got from his regional electricity supplier, amounting to as low as £80.00 a month. When the bills came for his thirteenth and fourteenth month, he was surprised to receive a bill amounting to £220.00. He called the Utility Warehouse Customer Service several times, but the lines are busy. When he did access their lines, he was told that he had consumed more than their expectations. The question is why didn’t they warn him first before the increase? What has happened to their “award-winning services”?
